Shipping Policy

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the payment. If you order on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the following business day.

We provide express shipping with tracking via FedEx or DHL, depending on the destination. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $30.00 to anywhere in the world. We offer a free shipping option in the case when the amount of your order will be over $300.00.

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your shipping label is generated. Once you receive your tracking information please allow 24 hours for your tracking to be updated.
You can also track your order by clicking the Track My Order in the footer of our website.

Shipping rates and FREE SHIPPING options are subject to change without notice.

US Domestic Shipping

All orders are dispatched from within the USA.
Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 5 days of ship date.

International Shipping

Shipping times range from 4 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.
In approximately 5% of the cases, orders don’t make it through customs, which is normal. We’re constantly tracking all shipments and we’ll inform you if we notice any issues. In case your order has been lost or seized by customs after they leave the USA, you’ll be notified about the situation and you can then choose a free reshipment or a full refund.

Please note that we currently don’t ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea,
Sudan, Syria, Iraq.

Return and Refund Policy

You have a right to contact us and submit your claim within 30 days from the delivery of your product. In case the decision is favourable, we will refund you fully or partially, depending on which you prefer. You will either have to send the merchandise back or we can replace it. You can contact us by any of the phones or e-mail addresses on the website if you have any questions or concerns.

Should you happen to receive a shipment that is missing an item please contact us immediately, so we can send out the missing item. The shipping will be on us as a way to apologize for the inconvenience. All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

Please note that we don’t offer refunds or reshipments if you provide an invalid shipping address, or if you do not accept or pick up the order after failed delivery attempts.

If your order has not shipped you may cancel your order simply by contacting us at support@gopeps.com
